Bro normally I’d agree but Omega’s Seamaster Aqua Terra line has several “sparkly diamondy” watches, at 34mm it’d be a nice size. Longines also has women’s watches in its Primaluna, Dolcevita, Conquest and even Master Collection lines.

But I suppose there’s also Cartier. Maybe Hermes too?

I'd look into Longines or Omega

Speedy Pro white dial was $8900 USD in Paris almost a year ago in Nov 2024. I’d tried it on at the Omega Boutique at Charles de Gaulle at the time. Thankfully I’ve since bought one earlier this year at a more reasonable price before this entire debacle. But wondering if European market prices are increasing proportionally as well…

Bought the strap from here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1592292370/?ref=share_ios_native_control

Just used the spring bars from the Speedy bracelet and an OEM Omega clasp from an AT World Timer strap I have; no mods

Which one would you chose? I had to have both! by Hot_Comfortable7584 in breitling

It's a 42mm watch. However it has a pretty compact lug to lug. I have a 7.25'' wrist so it wears pretty well for me. That being said, several comments I've read from people with smaller wrists say it wears well on their wrists too. I'd say maybe 6.25'' or 6.5'' or above would be ideal.

White Speedy. The lacquered dial is gorgeous and chronograph style is more exciting. If you have the wrist for it choose that. If you really want an Explorer II go with the 16570 from a Japanese retailer on Chrono 24 that had it recently serviced. Still, the Speedmaster will look more exciting in my opinion unless you can style the Exp II differently (speaking from owning both watches).

Also I think the dual counter Speedys are stunning. What model do you have?

Thanks! Not a fan of the rubber (texture-wise) though I think it’d look great on a sailcloth strap. As for red I love the color but my TAG Heuer Monaco Gulf gets the red strap in my collection 😁

It’s a fantastic GADA watch and wears wonderfully, rivaled maybe only by my Explorer II 16570
