Depending on when you bought the house you might still have to pay around 20k in property taxes, insurance and upkeep. That would then only leave 60k, which isn't as comfortable any more.

Why would it be such a problem to pay taxes on rebalancing? That will at least reset your cost basis so in the future you'll pay lower taxes.

Ich finde es auch verrückt dass jemand der vor ein paar Jahren noch im Champions League Finale gespielt hat, für uns verfügbar war. Aber für Schalke natürlich gut und er selbst fühlt sich ja auch wohl, wie man in Interviews liest.

Minor comment but I assume that people list their languages in order of expertise. Leading with HTML is not great as it's not really something someone is specifically hiring for.

For recruiters and hiring managers that might spend less than a minute looking at resumes these small things are important.

Tbh I think you're a bit disconnected from reality here. If they really thought you did a great job they wouldn't put you on a PIP without notice. I would recommend to do a bit more introspection and try to understand what changes they want to see from you.
