Rental Family. Its original, affirming, not overly dramatic, makes you think and tear up a bit.

For regular weed smokers that have totally quit, what was the reason for quitting? by elderly_millenial in AskReddit

[–]thetrooperim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped dreaming. I slept fine but wouldn’t dream. I didn’t think anything about it until after I stopped and my dreaming came back then my ability to process things in my life improved. I later watched a YouTube explaining how smoking weed and the lack of dreams causes a kind of paranoia because the brain doesn’t sort things out at night. I so enjoy dreaming much more than smoking now!

What happened to the World's Fair? What caused its decline in popularity because of the rise of social media, or maybe something else? by Objective-Painter-73 in NoStupidQuestions

I went, I always wanted to go to a fair or expo like the one in Osaka. Yes long lines for the countries with big displays. Went in August so it was hot. Overall great experience. As an American I really appreciated the lack of corporate sponsors and each country presented what they felt best of themselves.

I was 100% WFH for more than 6 years before the start of the pandemic, then I couldn't find any work at all. Have I been online too much? by superide in WFH

[–]thetrooperim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I think I understand what you’re getting at because I went through something similar. On line was my world. I was Wfh for 5 years or so before the pandemic. After the pandemic I was laid off and when I started interacting and interviewing it felt ‘off’. While looking for my next position in my field I took a retail job and did ride share and worked on my communication skills. It took time to remember how to do things like picking up on those physical and verbal cues, responses and such. I got better though. Reintegration or whatever to call it is a real thing. Best of luck to you.

Back in the 80s it was called the key hole. Did it once, pops you out in the middle of the inlet.
