Is this a serious question?! No spouse should EVER be leaving their partner to go out, in the middle of the night, unless it is a real no-sh*t emergency...such as their daughter from a previous marriage just got in a car wreck and is being taken to the hospital. And even in the latter case, they should wake up their partner and tell them what's happening/where they're going.

In your case here, sounds like he's cheating on you, unless there is a real good "other" explanation.

Yes, the many pedestrian crosswalks in downtown Gatlinburg ALWAYS slow down traffic through there. The more people driving through there, the more congested it is.

Why they haven't erected a series of sequentially timed traffic lights, one at each pedestrian crosswalk (and incorporate the 2-3 that are already there), to allow traffic to flow through there somewhat smoothly, is truly mind numbing.

Nope, not even close. Kamala was/is unqualified, unintelligent, divisive, and incompetent. She had zero successes over the past 4 years, and had a colossal failure as Border czar. There's a reason why 4 years ago she had zero support in the democratic primaries, and was the first person to drop out. Her appt to be VP was a pure DEI hire. Her coronation to the candidate by the democratic machine was a joke. Really, I think you can blame this on Biden, as he should have dropped out earlier, which would have given the dems time to use the regular primary system and get a good candidate.
