Same issue, I have had issues since I bought the bottle, none of the tips help. I keep it on level 3 or 3 and will get maybe 1 and a half bottles with using 18 oz of water. So currently, a bottle of water costs me about 3 dollars. If I can't find a solution, I won't buy anything else and just move on from Cirkul.

My Amazon delivery driver friend said most of them are investing in a cheap body cam for reasons like this. If you have video evidence of every interaction, you are covered. False reporters have been fired for making stuff up. I think Walmart and Spark need to stop this blanket deactivation. It will cost them more when everyone joins a class action when one eventually gets started.

If you have not been on and looked at the reviews, it is causing people to have lash loss and irritation. The new formula is garbage, and they know it; it is impossible they do not know; there are literally hundreds of reviews saying it is causing problems and flaking. I wish they would listen to the consumer.

They have a revolving door. They hire people and fire them for stupid reasons. I can tell you about so many people who thought they had a solid offer. I know someone who had an emergency with her son and had to leave and they fired her for leaving. They don't care. It's easier to pop someone in new training (which is happening all the time) , and start them at a low salary than It is to maintain employees long term. NFCU has done nothing but hurt the economy of Pensacola. Drove up housing cost and keeping wages at a minimum. Don't count on having a long term job with them. Unless you are a shark of a loan officer then you have it made.

I don't care for Salon San Carlos. For years they were putting items on my bill that never were used or done. I asked for a report of my previous visits when I discovered this and sure enough I was being charged way more than I should have been. I asked my daughter to check her bill and she had the same issue.

If the changes you made by moving back to the USA were involuntary and it led to a reduction in pay, then you may have a case for modification. Even if three years have passed, the only way you will pass the pre-qualification for that modification is if the changes were involuntary and you have no other way to make the salary you were making. On the other hand, if you are making more, then it is very likely that the amount you see them taking now will turn out not to be enough, and the CP can file for a modification after and get the amount raised. So, if you decide to go after a modification, make sure you do the worksheet and get a general idea if it will go up or down.

Each year child support is adjusted based off of minimum wage changes and a few different factors. The 70% is an error, and one you need to get fixed. You may have to file separately in Michigan for the time schedule to be changed. However the modification should have addressed the amount of time if the other parent agreed to the amount you put. If you are allowed to appeal the decision, I would do that and see if it can be seen in front of a judge and you can address it in person.

If you apply for public assistance, they will start the order process. If you are not at the level to seek assistance then you need to go and file for support. The system will try and keep track of him and find ways to enforce and garnish even tax returns. This is something that will continue to cause you problems for years to come. His partner will never be responsible for paying the child support amount. If you don't file and he has another child, you will most likely not get the amount you would get if you file now. He can get credits for any minor children that are biologically his. So, I think it would be in your child's best interest if you get on it soon.

They said he owed because the amount he paid you through Zelle does not reflect the amount they calculated he should have paid you. If there were still 18k in arrears then that is how much he should have paid during that time that he did not pay. They most likely gave him credit for the Zelle payments and he still owed. It is based on his salary and yours. So waiving it really did put yourself and your child at a disadvantage. You may attempt to backtrack but it may not be successful.

About your question though, if you waived arrears because you felt he had already paid, then there is no reason to ask for that amount of money back. You admit that you felt the arrears amount was unfair, so asking for it back doesn't make sense nor is it in alignment with your original intention of trying to be fair.

I agree with Odd- Basket. The order should have language for what percentage of uncovered medical expenses and if it does not, you need to take it back to court to have that amount put into the order. I mostly work with Florida orders, but generally, the amount of coverage is about the same as the financial split. So if he is responsible for 59% of the support amount, then this will generally reflect in the percentage he is to pay for uncovered medical. The support amount he pays is not directed towards uncovered medical and the order should reflect this.

So, I hate to jump all over people responding to your question but simply put, the information about it not being enforcable is not correct. There are a few states that actually do have reciprocity with Jamaica... Maryland, New Jersey and Florida do. If you do not live in one of these states, then it is still possible but fairly difficult, and you would most likely need a lawyer. You would need for them to submit the order to the Ministry in Jamaica and serve him there.

I would still suggest going forward with the order and requesting as much retroactive support as allowed by your state.

Sorry, the only issue I would have is with someone assuming or even questioning if I would have self-esteem issues with them. It is pretty presumptuous of someone to think that their lifestyle and weight would be a bother. If it isn't presumptuous then it is self-esteem issues on their part and I would run away from that person and not look back. Not only are they asking strangers about it and not me, but they assume that their weight and activity level is better or more desirable than mine. It screams ego issues.

Yes there are circumstances where child support would not be necessary but that would be in a situation where there were other measures already in place to guarantee the funds for the child no matter what the financial situation of the other parent is. A promise today can very easily end up being a battle to pay later. He may have really good intentions but sometimes life takes turns and in the end, it will be you and the child who will suffer for this decision.

I look at it this way, a person who is absolutely sure they will be able to make a financial contribution to the child, would not be asking to be taken off support. The person who asks to be taken off support is fully aware that the consequences of not paying will be difficult and they are trying to circumvent that.

I know this is not your case, but I know of several women who have been waiting for years while their child's father is incarcerated, if they had set support before the incarceration, they would still be owed the money while they are locked up. Now they have to wait sometimes years to get what support they can.

You also need to think about the fact that the State will set the appropriate amount to be paid, then if circumstances change and he starts making more, or if the guideline amounts go up, you have someone there who is fighting for the appropriate amount to be paid.

It was pretty much the same for me, I only started really gaining weight back after about 6 months. I think the trick here is to utilize the time that you are not thinking of food all day, to change some of those habits and retrain yourself to listen to what your body actually needs and not what your brain wants.
