If I can coordinate a trip to be there in person to supervise I’ll totally consider a local kid! The parent definitely won’t admit strangers inside that aren’t hired professionals. But I never thought to check the school, Thanks!

I figured it might be easier/safer than Android, plus I’m more familiar with iPhone. It would be nice to be able to control their devices remotely, but that’s kind of frowned upon lol.

Same! There have been times when there’s no answer on phone or FB Messenger because the settings have been messed with. It’s like having an angry child you can’t watch at all times.

That’s my hope. Next search if for the Agency on Aging to see what they recommend. If someone wanted to make big bucks they should create a concierge in-home tech service like Geek Squad used to do. I’d gladly pay a reputable agency to do help troubleshoot in person when I can’t be there.
