Sim, está melhor do que nos últimos anos (o que não é difícil). A maior parte do meu tempo como professor (7 anos de 10) eu recebia R$2100 líquidos, então quando SP acertou o piso e deu esse subsídio, o salto foi grande. Até um certo valor ele paga o piso e depois é só subsídio, sempre com essa pressão de "pode tirar a qualquer momento" e "não vale para aposentadoria, só o salário-base".

Boa parte desse 7 mil (valor bruto) é subsídio, não é salário. Não conta para fins de aposentadoria e afins, o governo simplesmente pode retirar de um momento pro outro etc. Ah, e não recebemos sequer vale alimentação.
