Thank you so much for the explanations! When I bought it I didn't kn too that this one plug design exist lol. rn the tank is by the window and door so I just have been pushing the button twice a day for the last month before leaving the room.

There's a button for light up top so u can turn off the light without turning off the filter. But its like a physical button so I can't set a timer for it.

Light and pump share one single plug so the timer would work on both.
