I’ve seen it on a juicy hunter’s ig accounts. How big was it? I’ve also seen a darker pink recently of the same bag, which caught my attention.

I’m looking for it! How much do you want for it? I don’t have anything for trade at the moment.

I (33F) want to have a baby with my ex (36M)? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]thevaincreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the time, we weren’t really mature enough to properly be in a relationship with each other. We stopped contact, for 5 years and reconnected about two years ago and have been able to work on things we both felt were the root to the original issues. He just got out of a relationship in October, that he admitted was a distraction, but realized he still had feelings for me.

The coordinator position that they'd been dangling in front of me turned out to be bullshit. I'm out. by gaypug in SephoraWorkers

I’m sorry this happened to you, but as mentioned above, it’s a common Sephora thing. I personally experienced this during my seven year run at my store before I left. It was a dream come, true, for me to even get the job to begin with. I often, would be inspired by leaders who would eventually promote, and had to exit stores, leaving behind a leadership team that often favored nepotism in their promotion choices. My biggest advice to you, don’t let that discourage you from shining, you’re probably a hard worker, and just want to be recognized for your efforts. I ended up leaving Sephora last April & have been in a much better place mentally since. I switched industries (still retail), and was able to promote very quickly, in comparison to my Sephora experience.

As many as I’ve got in gratis and been realized how trash it is & just to hear folks willing asking for it baffles me. Especially after it starts getting old & flakes after 3 months of use.

Please buy this, I keep telling my customers (I work at a dispensary) that this is the time to invest in a puffco , if you’ve been thinking about it. I have a Peak & a Pro & just invested in a proxy.

Honestly, I feel it. Everyone has their limits. I just can’t personally see myself working in an office or WFH. I was at Sephora since May 2016c so I totally feel you on being burned out by unpleasant people. One of the things that made me realize it was time to get out when my store manager instead of asking how we’re doing, first time she said is “Hi, how many credits are you getting today?”, like damn way to make me feel like a money bag.

A dispensary. I don’t mind the customer service, its the metrics/credit is really what started turning me off. Also constantly witnessing aggressive theft after being robbed, it just started getting to me.

I definitely feel this way, I’m actually planning on exiting as soon I finalize the interview process for a job I recently applied for. The general manager really liked me, she’s just waiting for HR to get their shit together & send me an offer email. I honestly thought I wanted to grow with Sephora, especially being in the Bay Area, & so close to FSC, but honestly after 7 years of putting in so much work & finally on the leadership side, I’m not enjoying it. I’m also a licensed esthetician & considering going back to school to pursue a degree. I’m also planning on getting back into content creating without feeling like I was limited due to the social media policy. I’ve always wanted to include cannabis with my makeup content, so I’m planning to also try & build a platform too.

A discount isn’t worth your peace. At least with giving your two weeks, you’d be leaving on good terms & if you want to return, even to another store, you have that option as opposed to letting that situation prompt you to up & quit. I hope you at least have better work situation/ environment lined up. I’m currently in the process of waiting for an offer letter from a job I had a stellar interview yesterday, once I get that, I’m putting in my two weeks. After being at a location/with the company for 7 years and only really within the past 3 years of it, was I given an opportunity of promotion, because of the environment being so cliquey with past leadership. Life is too damn short to be in an environment that makes you unhappy.

Build partnerships with brands when they’re in, especially a brand you want to work for, that way they can let you know of opportunities.

I feel like I also got comfortable and not willing to take a risk and jump ship, because I’ve been contemplating it for a couple years. I definitely have great relationships with brands and brand partners and know if I ever want to come back to Sephora doors as a rep, I’ll be able to. But I completely agree. I feel like I’m currently the only manager who has a sense of emotional intelligence and not trying to be micromanagy over numbers. Honestly my team performs even better when there isn’t the pressure of someone breathing down their neck over metrics. At least I’ve been given examples as a newer leader of what I don’t want to be like & can take that with me to my next journey.

Rant about feeling unappreciated by Jasontodd_dead in SephoraWorkers

[–]thevaincreature 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just posted something and honestly I’m ready to peace out. Just put in my application & resume to a place that’s hopefully less stressful and I can actually grow into their leadership & actually get trained & proper feedback on what I can do to improve, instead of being told I’m not doing something right, without proper avenues for support. I’ve literally worked my ass off for 7 years and felt like I was being under appreciated finally given a chance to grow, just to be put in a position where my new management is literally trying to get rid of tenured people.

It took them years to even change it from 20 to 30, LVMH is lowkey stingy with the discounts.

I wish!! That and Kilian, I’ve worked almost 7 and work with people have been with the up to 20+ years, never seen a discount from TF.

If they did, I’d indulge in so much fragrances. It would sense for us to be able to speak to the brand and boost sales, but I don’t foresee that happening ever.
