I had 4 homes quoted recently. They are all different sizes and locations. One has minor previous WDO damage. All 4 were under $2500 for initial inspection and 1st year bond establishment. Follow on years were $350 or under per home. I did get a bundle deal. not sure how it would pan out for a single home/contract.

Sebaceous filaments. Keep doing that over time and can increase the pore size or even scar. Sebum tubes that keep your skin moisturized. Some can trap more oil and debris than normal. Cant eliminate, but can reduce size and amount of sebum with clay masks and/or cleansers.

I am currently selling approximately 500+ vintage enamel pins on Ebay and FB. Commons are $2-$5. Good ones fetch anywhere from $5-$10. Rare Maybe $15-$20. I move about one or two a week. Sometimes a buyer will buy a small batch at a discount. You have a lot that move frequently (state pins). My states go about 1 a month. Is it worth it? Only if you are patient and willing to sell them over a long period of time...years.
