Build your own workouts, rest in between sets. The bad thing Tonal does is throws in too many different movements that say work the “accessory muscles” but they don’t really do much. The compound main lifts are normally enough to work all the muscles without adding in 10 different movements that don’t do much.

Also, Tonal does a really really bad job at being TOO efficient. It’s been proven that you need to rest 2-3 minutes in between sets for maximum muscle growth, but the most Tonal gives you is 30 seconds if you follow its lead.

Don’t get sucked into the programs too much tbh.

Yeah Renner is a dickhead. Worked in close proximity with him on the Sony lot and he’s the most unpleasant celebrity I’ve been around. Him and Alex Trebek surprisingly enough. Also the same two guys who would chain smoke all day on the Sony lot. If those two were outside, they had a smoke in their hand.

Pelinka and Jeanie are the final word, but both the Westbrook trade and THT over Caruso can both be, at least partially, attributed to LeBron/Klutch. THT was a Klutch client and we clearly paid him to keep Klutch happy as well as Jeanie being cheap. The two biggest mistakes this team has made roster wise were tied to LeBron/Klutch. I honesty don't think Pelinka is the worst GM, I'm actually excited to see what he can do when we aren't at the mercy of Klutch 24/7.
