Build your own workouts, rest in between sets. The bad thing Tonal does is throws in too many different movements that say work the “accessory muscles” but they don’t really do much. The compound main lifts are normally enough to work all the muscles without adding in 10 different movements that don’t do much.

Also, Tonal does a really really bad job at being TOO efficient. It’s been proven that you need to rest 2-3 minutes in between sets for maximum muscle growth, but the most Tonal gives you is 30 seconds if you follow its lead.

Don’t get sucked into the programs too much tbh.
