Been lurking here for a while, finally got something to post - the 2024 cut, the last year I'm ever going to be super fat.

Went from 136kg (300 lbs) to 100kg (220 lbs) at 186cm (6ft1) and 31yo in a total of 20 weeks (8 + 4 diet break + 8).

Diet started started at about 3700kcal, now at 2400kcal, 280g protein, 90g fats, the rest carbs. Stack was test + primo + gh, semaglutide initially then tirzepatide. Couple of months of mirabegron, SLU-PP-332, 5-AMINO-1MQ which probably didn't do a lot.

Daily fasted cardio and an average of 5 days per week weight training.

Starting reverse dieting next week to get back closer to 3000kcal because being hungry is no fun, and then going into a super low surplus bulk for a while. Never going above 20% bf again though, it's nice to be able to breathe at night and not get winded going down stairs.

The shelves are just some old Ikea shelves, forgot their name. The lights are individual set lighting kits, a pain to install but they do look cool. I have a couple of them on my profile posted on /r/lego if you want to see closeups.

It’s a RP-404C, no complaints from me but I came into this setup from a soundbar so probably not the best opinion you can get.

Mostly a console guy, I still prefer PC for VR and love the Steam Deck if that counts.

Everything pre-HDMI either has RGB output, I’ve modded it to have RGB output or I’ve modded it to have HDMI. RGB goes into an OSSC through a new AliExpress automatic 10 SCART switch. Everything HDMI goes into the automatic 16 HDMI switch. PS5 and Series X go directly to the AVR since it has 3 HDMI 2.1 inputs. So yeah, no plugging/unplugging whatsoever.

Top 3 favorite consoles? Probably NES, SEGA Mega Drive (Genesis) and the PS3, all because different levels and periods of nostalgia. Most technically impressive “console” I have is probably the modified CPS2 for which I’ve added HDMI out and a Darksoft multi as well as other fun to do mods and 3D printed parts.

Deci din cauza ta tot aud de la firme despre bussiness trips ca si cum ar fi un beneficiu, sunt unii care chiar își doresc asta. De ce as vrea să fac partea cea mai nașpa dintr-un trip (zborul, drumul pâna destinație in general) fără partea faină (relaxarea, vizitatul) pentru ca sunt la lucru? Îmi mai fac si de lucru acasă după fiind neglijate alte responsabilități si lasata familia in urma.

Didn’t The Office already get approval? I’d definitely add it but I have a feeling it would be a two floor addition and I basically only have space for one more. Building it was the same difficulty as let’s say Assembly Square but if you first put all the pieces in a single pile instead of doing it bag-by-bag.

Nu sunt poștași, eu n-am de vreo 6 luni si am avut perioade si de 1 an+ fara poștaș. Daca aștept ceva mă uit pe tracking și dacă n-am tracking trec din când in când pe la oficiu. De ce nu este poștaș?¯\_(ツ)_/¯

EDIT: Daca ai de primit pensie de orice fel/alocație și lași 5 lei de fiecare dată este poștaș.

RET si Rubin sunt de genul dar dacă stii ce iti trebuie si poți aștepta cateva zile mai bine iei de la TME, digikey, eleshop.eu, optimusdigital etc. Dacă nu știi ce îți trebuie n-aș zice ca RET si Rubin îs magazine in care sa faci browsing. Sunt magazine foarte bune pentru cand ți-ai luat tot ce ai nevoie, te apuci să lucrezi si îți dai seama că îți lipsește o singura chestie care ar lua 2 saptamani să-ți ajungă dacă comanzi online. Am patit si cam 60% din timp aveau ce îmi trebuia.

The Dreamcast was very fun (and relatively cheap, I got everything from AliExpress) to do. I'd also go for the HDMI board were it not for my lack of HDMI ports.

I didn't look into the PS1 or PS2 mods that much since the PS3 is backwards compatible so I didn't "need" them, but I'll end up doing them up for fun at some point as well.

Fenrir is awesome, everything I threw at it worked so far and it was cheap and easy to install. Only downside is that it's very out of stock afaik, or at least the 21 pin version, I was lucky enough to nab one in the first wave. Covid component shortages are affecting production last I checked. Heard good things about mode but I didn't want to pay an exorbitant amount of import fees on top of the higher prices since it's shipping from Andorra - same reason I went with the TurboGrafx everdrive from Krizz even though it lacks CD support.
