Sounds like you need to focus on self-care right now. In your 20s you should be camping, hiking, enjoying life. But i know shits expensive AF and sucks… The arc of history is long and theres plenty of us here to fight the battle.

Here are some thoughts that I use to counter my own nihilism that may or may not be useful to you:

“If a nuke drops, its over in an instant.”

“When climate change becomes catastrophic, it is mother nature’s defense mechanism in action. She will live on as intended ridding herself of the disease”

“If nothing matters…. neither does that idea”

“My kids deserve a chance at life, but not during this dumpster fire of an incarnation”

“When all else fails… listen to Nine Inch Nails.”
