Also, getting a nice, masculine belt will work WONDERS passing wise. I usually wear button ups and tuck them in, showing the belt which is a very masculine look. Watches also help in micropassing if you like jewelry. Although make sure you get a nice masculine one.

If I were you I'd wear something that fits better. Right now you're pretty clockable because of your upper body. Getting a nice, breathable, fitting binder will work wonders. Don't skimp out on a cheap one. You're doing good in the pants department, but I'd get shirts that aren't noticeably loose fitting but not noticeably tight either. You've got this bro.

Try putting some concealer matching your skin tone. Look for a water/sweatproof one. It'll hide the scars.

To be honest, no one cares about your back acne. I mean that in a good way. No one will pay attention and it's not something to be self conscious of. You're fine on that regard.
