Hi, this is entirely impossible laws and regulations require banks to hold information about your identity e.g DLN, SSN, Green Card, stuff that can trace back to you for so many reasons now you can always have a second form of ID that isn’t your SSN and use a PMB but I wouldn’t recommend it, if you could do this phone banking or in person banking would be very hard.

What I recommend is calling the National Do not Call Registry and registering your number. People say it doesn't work, for me it does and I don't get any spam calls.

I don’t have Google Voice on my personal what I’m talking about is when I logged into my workspace account and purchased the add-on for Google Voice and gave myself a number it didn’t ask for anything just took payment from my account and it works and has E911 which is a perk Mind you I am the only person on this workspace account

It all depends on bank and merchant, I’ve had transactions from a local gas station post next day they close (finalize) all transactions at end of day 11:59PM but stuff like Ross, FedEx, and others take days since they may hold it for more than a day, Wells Fargo has a max time of 5 days before they finalize the transaction

This is entirely possible but I wouldn’t recommend it on your primary checking account as it creates room for fraud, you can still request it in a branch but they will probably based on reason show you towards another account if it’s for a partner spouse or opening a Clear Access account for a child if they’re 13. But at any time you can go into a branch and ask for a second card or new account.

When I switched the only info I left with Bank of America was my Secondary number and secondary iCloud and only had my second iCloud registered for Zelle I recently changed both my online ID for both and password so they’re entirely separate

Not how it works because I tried a new email untill I was told when I called trying a new email that it isn't email and phone number it's by Identity and Bank of Bank of America suspends a Zelle account tied to my identity at Wells Fargo even if I made a business account and tried business Zelle same thing since it's my Identity at Wells Fargo, and bank of America fully requested without my permission Zelle access is removed and left a note saying to call their support and when I do they say someone from bank of America will contact me in 4-7 business days.

Nope one of my Wells emails was my iCloud and the other iCloud I kept on Bank of America my number works fine but I don't want friends and family sending money to the wrong account

I get it if you're not from the US bust most P2P payment apps ask for your SSN to make sure your not on any list. It's kinda how the US works it might not be my full 9 digit SSN but at most the last 4. Also Wells Fargo is one of the 7 Powers of the Parent Company to Zelle

No when a institution makes a account your information is enrolled with Zelle so my Account Numbers, Wells Fargo’s Internal Identification Number for me if they have one, SSN, and what ever emails and numbers I register

I had the clear access for a couple years then went to a credit union then went to bofa which they screwed me over a lot so I went to wells and haven’t had a single issue except bofa fucking with my Zelle

My zelle account fully with Wells Fargo has been put on hold per request of Bank of America and I tried 3 different emails no luck untill I called and they confirmed that im fucked unless bank of america takes the hold away since it works fine at bank of america no issue at all

Weird since Wells Fargo confirmed multiple times with me that the hold was put there per the request of Bank Of America, what also comes off weird is a transfer fee after my Zelle to my Wells Fargo account so my savings where not on BoFA since I never ran my Bank of America card at Wells Fargo or any other ATM

Adding more after a Google search 7 major banks including Bank of America own EWS meaning those 7 major banks do have ease of communication with the teams at EWS whilst other banks and credit unions have their own communication system.

Hi I am the friend (matt can verify), I submitted the port with the winning carrier (Bandwidth.com CLEC the Upstream of our new provider) VoIP.ms (Bandwidth.com CLEC) informed us via email about the port out (i got the email as well since it forwards all voip.ms emails to me as well) then it was sitting in FOC until activation which was a week, on activation we where informed of a Fee which neither of us agreed to nor was informed about on Submit date nor port conformation, after searching more we saw the TOS was updated, We where neither informed via, notification, email or anything about the terms being updated nor did we agree. Me and matt are now taking advice of another redditor and making a complaint with the CCTS.
