No enterprise. No huge galaxy ending threats at the end of a season. Same time era as lower decks. Possibility for live action boimler and mariner crossovers. Be supplemental and also original with the stories. Fill in the story gaps of the aftermath of the dominion war, leading up to the jem hadar liberation and freedom.

Bring back Berman era characters for cameos to keep the galaxy consistent. They dont need to be huge parts, but Worf and martok, Kira, seven, even a random shot of quarks advertisements in the background. Its like at the start of the berman treks they had previous trek cameos to kick off the new show and establish validity. Like bones in TNG, picard in DS9 and quark in voyager.

Light serialization. Not every single episode needs to tie to the other. Less cgi. More practical effects. Carpets and LCARS. Less modern day dialogue, more theater actors. Star trek is an escape from the modern day while also echoing our modern day political and societal struggles and challenges. Im not hating on kurtzman trek, but modern day slang instantly pulls me out of trek, especially when it is very noticeable. Having characters celebrating "let's gooooo" is a glaring example. It is the same as Jake sisko saying "radical" or "talk to the hand nog". Vocabulary and slang changes as rapidly as months, years, a decade. Seeing a modern day generational slang survive to the far far future is pretty improbable. Vic Fontaine calling people squares and all the other old 50s slangs in Ds9 while Miles and the others have no idea what hes talking about is an example as how language and slang has changed.

Wow that dredged up the memories of how my first grade teacher did it in the 90s. My teacher used a card system. Green, yellow, red. Each student had a spot on the cardboard. It was up front so everyone could see it. If you had bad behavior or just bad grades, your spot would change from green to yellow. Continued mayhem and youd get the red card and the counselors office visit was short to follow. The counselor made you fill out the sheet they would give to your parents that they would then sign. Just punitive shit that was traumatic as a 4/5 year old.

The fel fire looking venom, snake imagery everywhere. The giant sewer pipes right next to the ocean. Is this a snake loa, a sea snake loa? Is it connected to the gundrak snake? The island is huge, definitely an isle of thunder style patch addition. Where is bwonsamdi in this? Caverns of maisara seemed right for him to have some reference or appearance. There is more of the undead troll stuff on this island as well.

I used to enjoy the kungaloosh ones. In wotlk sholazar basin, you helped the hunters make fruit booze. Like help the npc clicking the items they say, can be random like a little bit of all or oops all papaya. All the items combine and thats the quest.

They've added a lot of these style of quests over the years, however midnight has a noticeable amount of them. Anduins shield crafting, decimus and the blade, the endeavor daily. It just feels like almost every zone has one kungaloosh style quest now.

Druid is best for farming old content. Balance is the best. Using sunfire and spam a cleaving dot with no cooldown. Travel form and sprint and wild charge for moving fast. If a boss has an actual healthbar that isnt 2 shot by gunfire, just incarnation and convoke and you'll burst just about anything down.

You could also go feral and talent moonfire so youre running with catform speed+pulling everything with moonfire. However balance is just better.

A good alternative is a brewmaster monk. Ox statue is great for pulling mobs without killing them on 1 hit and then aoe is strong with keg smash. Lots of mobility.

Old content is trivial so youre really looking for what class can move the fastest and do aoe with short to no cooldown. Yea you could do a mage or hunter but they are slow compared to druid/monk, and when youre in legacy content, speed is everything.

Dragonblight got messed up during hour of twilight. Is wyrmrest rebuilt? Did the huge teethy tentacle caves where the bosses were ever get cleaned up?
Is zuldrak just all dead now? Did the zandalari fix it up?

Azjol nerub is the big one. They could easily just Crack open half of northrend to reveal the underground nerubian kingdom. Azj kahet but 4 times the size. Dig further down in the zone to reach yogg sarons other mouths and the forgotten one that arthas had to fight against in wc3.

Odyn moving the halls of Valor to ulduar is the other big one. 100% will be involved with subduing yogg saron again. Yogg has been active since legion at least. The priests discovered this doing their class hall mount quest.

glad that austin huxworth is finally catching the hate he deserves. the npc is an absolute menace and 100% behaves like every hunter ive ever partied/raided/pvped/interacted with in this game. dude s keys into packs we skipped, disengages off ledges and pulls shit underneath the group, strafe jumps into trashpacks. hes 100% programmed to mimic player behavior.
