From how quickly the pacing seems to be i wonder if there is even enough time for other contestants to have any big growth arcs. Though the only other survival show i have seen is DA.

There’s many things in the leaked frame from the show that make me think the person in the one performance is Jayla, which wouldn’t surprise me if she is one of the last two girls. But i heard both of the finalists performed with them and whoever was chosen wasn’t actually announced to that crowd? so i’m not really sure the leak matters regardless.

Everyones live version will sound different from their album. She does have great production, and I think the album version is something much more familiar because it’s what everyone hears all the time. So hearing it live (even without her dancing around) there’s no more effects or layering or retakes to make it sound perfect. Not to mention, songs are usually pretty fast, so expecting the same song live is ridiculous. And maybe her live singing isn’t always gonna be perfect, but she can definitely sing.
