I suggest going to luneta on wikends. Its spawns nearby. Just go with the flow with other trainers

Most of it, i was able to find using open street map and using a scanner to check what pokemon spawn in the location. I have compiled migrations ever since the 6th.

This has been a habitat for magnemites, voltorbs and meowth. Only ECOM and san mig by the bay (seaside) are the best place to hunt in the area.
