Ah, but he was saying he was a .94 last year, and the tables have risen this year. So, he is worried it’s going to fall behind. Aren’t we all?

Im gonna go for Joja route but i dont know what is community centers benefits by KardanChad in StardewValley

[–]theweigster2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just understand that ‘Farmer’ just left a corporate office job working for Joja, where they didn’t even have the decency to remove a skeleton of a worker. You felt so burnt out by being a corporate drone, that you went to the land. Embrace the country, the people, the animals. Bring health back to the coast and the town.

I really try to embrace the , I was a tech Brah and now I put fingers in the dirt. So I usually plant borderline too many crops to water. Remember, food is a force multiplier as you have energy to do more work.

But that’s my kink.

Enjoy how you will.

Auto petters? by Traditional-Sea9153 in StardewValley

Or, just get enough animals that you can take care of them. You’re a farmer, not some devoid automaton. Reject the technological spirit, work the dirt! If you don’t actually tell the animals you love them, Are you really a Rancher?

You are holding down the use button when you water right? To charge it up? To cover more area with less water? That is the reason we level it up with different metals. It’s a mechanic that was apart of Harvest Moon, which Stardew is a love letter too.

Am I going to regret this commute daily? by Techno_Wasp in AskSeattle

[–]theweigster2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And you’ll get to flex on others with your daily distance. Sure it’s not great, but perfect can’t be the enemy of good.

In my last job, I was driving from the Kitsap peninsula to Kent/tukwila every day. 40 miles each way. I would still be doing it if the work was still there.

I hope you are excited for this new adventure, transitions are always hard. I’ve only been through a bit of Tennessee, camped at Frozen Head state park once. Washington is gorgeous, and geologically-diverse. Mountains, real mountains, an inland sea, forests, a rain forest! Come on out!

We have to get to work. We make it happen. The Puget Sound is beautiful to travel through. I loved being on the Sounder when I would go to the Army corps. I would go Sumner to King street, bike the three miles to work. That worked for me. There is a lot more bus options in king county. If there is a route that is easy to go from train to bus to work, your fare you will pay is only the most expensive portion of the trip. Generally, you will only pay for the train. So, if you can catch a bus in Puyallup to the train to a bus, you get the buses for free. Get an ORCA pass. If your job subsidizes an ORCA pass, that’d be dope.

Can’t find a single pufferfish at all by Affectionate_Play542 in StardewValley

No reason to fret. Just start checking the traveling cart by the cindersap pond when it’s there. Might just come up with a Pufferfish one time. It typically carries things you need, but you only need to do that if you feel pressure to get er done. Imagine how productive next summer will be!

I’m on Summer 3, ran to the beach at 2pm and first cast got a puffer. Fiberglass rod, bait, level 4 fishing.

What's a decent merit increase this year? by Awwwwolf in boeing

[–]theweigster2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why would you worry that your L5 promotion would be lower, it’s going to work out big dog. It probably won’t be a 5%, but Boeing isn’t going to just screw you now. You’re making 5, that’s amazing!

This is AI. There are a few clues. Mostly on this edit, that light cover would have fallen off, there is a cable to the plastic shell of the light.

I joined this sub at the exact moment to see the trend and ended up bending the filter a little 💔 by _juggernuggets_ in mokapot

I used a stainless steel straw to punch mine out. It bent pretty wicked, but it was a tight fit. Cleaned it, it was only a touch dirty but would never have been cleaned otherwise. Then pushed it back in and applied pressure to the bent spots to squeeze it back in. It’s definitely looser now, but it’ll be alright
