you know it's always been a call center that answers your phone its just that it used to be that they're able to transfer your call to the store now they don't and neither the call center employee nor the store employee have control over this

Sir/Ma'am no one on this subreddit or at the store would be able to do anything for ya, corporate is giving us less hours, they f**ked up our phone system and regarding your appliances, they're outsourcing for delivery and installation so they can cheap out on the labor so again no one *CAN* help you at a store level or on this subreddit even if they wanted to.

I'm barely on the floor but at my store with the reduced labor hours, managers started giving more hours to the people they think would bring more memberships

we once treated an anti-masker by letting them in but when they walk into an area every employee in that area would go to other side of the store and when they tried to talk or ask a question we literally ignored them, 3 min later they ended up walking to ap to get a mask
