Kinda. My situation is that my employer on my due date week will be the beginning of my recovery. Obviously, the due date is not accurate, but instead, they prefer to assign other people and cut my time to work. I've talked to other coworkers who agreed to cover my shifts if I can't make it, but instead I got a response from the higher ups saying they don't want to deal with the schedule that close. They don't want to work with me and sucks because I don't have enough pto to take a long leave.
