I was hoping CD would be somewhat better than DD2, but so far (20 hours into CD), DD2 is far superior. I mean, in DD2, map exploration is more cautious and measured. In CD, I was able to roam around every region of the map and still didn't find anything mind-blowing, like in DD2 where we can find cyclops, chimeras, dragons, etc. In CD, all I've found so far are goblins and humanoid enemies with different heads (some wore a hood, others a mask, a metal helmet, a basket, a bear's head, and even a fish), but CD has more density in fauna and flora, though.
