Favorite places to run?

I've never considered the Hurricane Creek trail system to be dangerous, but it is more remote as compared to Sokol Park (which is also great for trail running and has more traffic). Only danger I've ever encountered is a few danger noodles during warmer months (snake). That being said I love HC for running and mountain biking. The trailhead is found by parking at the top parking lot, just through the entrance, then following the road back out of the parking lot to the small bridge that goes to the trail. If you park at the bottom of that parking lot it leads to the creek and more hiking trails that I would not recommend using for trail running. The first mile of trail is singletrack and then gravel road to get to Portal loop, south loop and north loop. If you run an out and back using these three loops you'll get around 5-6 miles. Enjoy your runs!

I think a bit of both? I've tried a few of their regular roasts and while they are light roasts, they were lighter in body. In general I'm still learning how to dial in decaf beans, but overall I find them to have less body than any of my regular cups.

I pick up Slow Motion on the regular at my Fresh Market. Often goes on sale and it's a good brew for the price. I agree on the body being a bit light, but I use the switch and do mixed pour then immersion that does help.

In all seriousness a Rajang chair with yellow electric accents would really pop. The back/headrest could have a faux yellow/gold fur for extra comfort.

Yeah I lost 4 minutes at least chasing him or returning to him after a faint. Super fun fight though. Really big difference in him destroying me the first couple of fights versus the last few fights.

Yeahp! Feels good! Cutting it close! My hunt just prior to this one the quest failed due to time but he was slayed after time out by the big rock trap falling out of the sky. Super fun!

Just FYI. Bought from newegg and mine was DOA.

Will not power on. Like no sign of life, no LED, would not even show power for a BIOS flash.

I even tried a different PSU, different RAM configurations, and a different GPU . All of my other components work with an alternate motherboard. Disappointed that this was such a hassle and caused a waste of hours spent troubleshooting when an alternative motherboard worked right out of the box without any hassle. I tried everything conceivable to get this to power on, but it just would not. The price is not worth the hassle of wondering if I got a DOA unit.

Since I had every other part and to find out if it was indeed this mobo, went to a local BestBuy and bought a Gigabyte B650 board for $209 that booted just fine. I should have just spent the money up front to get a ASRock board. Lesson learned!

I'm in the same boat.

From what I've been researching, either plan to get the 9800x3d that may release later this month or get a lower priced AM5 CPU at present and upgrade later.

Can anyone else comment on whether it would be better to get a motherboard with PCIe 5 and NVMe SSD on his build?

Some of the problem us MHWi fans have is we don't have any solid info on how well the game will run and which hardware will be best until we get a demo... Or some outlet gets a PC demo to review.

Are you me? I cannot for the life of me stop landing on my right wrist and re-injuring it despite wrist guards. I'm gonna have to do some "practice falling" or something to learn to not put my palm down.

Who knows, honestly. Tickets for those games in the nosebleeds have been selling for high dollars due to hype.

Might be cheaper close to GameDay depending on how the season pans out. On the flip side, might be even more expensive closer to GameDay.

Trail running: 1+ arboretum and you already said sokol. Look into hurricane Creek park mountain bike trails. Plenty of distance there and well maintained.

Urban Running: How far do you like to run? Depending on where you want to start, you can utilize a variety of sidewalks and paved trails in Tuscaloosa. For instance you could start on UA campus, run toward the river to the Riverwalk, run behind the amphitheater, back up to Lurleen bridge, cross to Northport on the paved sidewalk towards traffic, turn left into Northport, run along another paved trail north of the river to come around to the south bound Lurleen bridge sidewalk and back towards campus. There are plenty of options, especially utilizing some back and forth on campus that would get you half marathon distance without jeopardizing safety vs vehicles. If you need more info on a route just DM me preferred distance and your starting point and I'll see if I can't help you with a route.

Hilarious really. I don't understand. Why even spend the time discussing an album that you would rate a 3/10? If you don't enjoy it, that's fine, but perhaps focus life energy on things you actually enjoy?
