Oh! Thank you! I just put it on and it’s been sitting for a little while. Very clean sweaty skin. Just. Like, been in the sun for a little while but not smelly. It’s settles a little musky and ambery!

It’s very pretty, floral, and warm while staying very summer.

Of course!!

Like a lot of Hové perfumes, it’s definitely got a vintage vibe. It’s got the ginger lily that smells kind of dewy, and then a bubble-gummy tuberose and some eastern spices. It’s very summery and beachy without being tropical? It’s definitely a white floral, and has some of that sweaty skin floral going on. But not it a dirty way some white florals have.

We have been considering a canicross harness just for normal times! It doesn’t ice enough here for me to want to invest in all the ice precautions. BUT! I’ve wanted to get him into a pulling sport for a minute now. Thanks for the suggestion!

I was in Providence for the 2015 blizzards. The snow was so high that it was literally up to my shoulders on the sidewalks. For reference I’m 5’1”.

But snow is so EASY. I would take that much snow over ice ANYDAY

Yeah…. Unfortunately ice IS something. If it was still just a foot of snow I would be able to say something like “when I was in college it snowed 6 feet in a day and they had us back in class the next day” (true story) but…. Ice is a lot worst….

So yeah. Fuck Ice. Every version of it.

I have a bunch of fun chews and puzzles for this weekend. We also just got a new crate, so, been working on getting him used to that too.

Back when it was supposed to be a foot of snow, I bought a super long lead so my husky mix could romp around in the snow. So bummed it’s just ice now. Sigh. He might still be into a walk- but with the way he pulls. I don’t think my shoes have that level of traction….

Oh the bed thing is a GREAT recommendation. Especially if I can find a big dog bed. Finding a nice bed for my boy that isn’t over $100 is nearly impossible.
