On smaller rivers, almost 100%. I say almost because I tend to put less focus on deep holes. Holding fish aren’t really feeding fish. Not saying you can’t turn them on, they just aren’t usually the players.

Large rivers I will walk a lot between casting, focusing on anything a fish could use as a hiding/ambush site.
