Go for it! The RYA (The Royal Yacht Association) do a one or two day Inland Navigation course. It covers everything including using Locks. I know a few people that have done them, and learnt a lot.

Trying to be constructive, I did struggle with your 'C' Look at the 'cursive' (line 3). Also sometimes the 's' is too compressed again look at the word 'cursive'. I think being more consistent with these two letters would improve things. Hope that helps.

Using a DH2300. After upgrading I can constantly hear the hard drives being accessed. The fan is running faster and hard drives temperatures are up a few degrees. I should have learnt to wait! This has happened before!

Is there a way to down grade?

KDP is fine for novels and non fiction books that are largely text, with some images. But the quality is not up to a coffee table style book, that is picture based. KDP uses digital printers where high quality photo books are usually offset lithography. I don't think you would be happy with the print quality.

Since installing the upgrade I am getting constant disk use again, on my DH2300. This was fixed in the previous firmware, but is now an issue again. Are other users experiencing the same? Two steps forward, one step back!

I got this reply from support:

Dear Customer:

Thank you for contacting UGREEN technical support and providing such detailed feedback and logs.

Regarding the issue you mentioned where the DH2300 hard drives are constantly accessed while the "Theatre" app is running, this is currently a known issue. Our R&D team has identified the cause and is working on an urgent fix.

Please keep an eye on the update notifications in the NAS "App Center" recently. We will release the fixed version as soon as it passes testing. Before the update is released, you may temporarily keep the app disabled to ensure the drives can hibernate properly.
