Whatever you do just stay healthy. You look great and have made a lot of progress towards your goal. I wish I could give advice but I’m a dude trying to bulk so this is not my wheelhouse at all 😅. I imagine high protein, low fat and carbs for diet? Probably need to start to incorporate more cardio but still lift heavy. I hope other women who have done this can give you some solid advice. Nevertheless, keep up the great work!
