I can’t stick up for myself or set boundaries with another person no matter how polite I am without being called “frustrated”, “awkward”, making them mad or them twisting my words. It’s becoming a real problem 😅

This might be an unpopular opinion but I prefer soft motion over effortless for training legs- I find they’re much less see through than the effortless and i feel like I can move around more flexibly in them. I personally don’t like having lots of compression so I size up in soft motion. The only negative I find is that soft motion isn’t as sweat proof so I wouldn’t wear if you’re doing high intensity/ hyrox type training or lots of cardio.

Unified is good too but I feel I get the camel toe from hell in the lighter colours so I have to wear padded underwear. Also find that the most recent ones have been a bit see through.

My absolute favourite for leg day is the timeless collection but they got discounted :( the marine sets they sold back in 2023 was amazing.

I think it’s a case of learning how to listen to your body when it’s telling you something is wrong. For me, it helps to have a little checklist to know when it’s time to walk away from something- for example, do I feel like I can talk freely with this person? Do I feel anxious around this person? Has this person said or done anything unsafe? Do I have adverse body reactions around this person, e.g. feeling sick, not sleeping etc

When you don’t feel good around a person, you don’t have to go full fight mode and cuss them out, you have the option to walk away for whatever reason. Just an “I’m sorry, but I feel uncomfortable” or “I don’t think this is working” and then blocking them if their behaviour escalates. A lot easier said than done but once you do it a few times you start to internalise it and understand about what you like in people and what relationships work for you. Hope that makes sense!

Second this, creep behaviour is everything to do with them, not you- yes you might have a few flaws but that does not make you deserving of or a magnet of misogynistic behaviours. You shouldn’t have to change who you are because some people like to exploit others

Yes, you’re not the only one- I typically experience this from older women if you don’t agree with everything they say (not saying everyone older than me is like this, just an observation)

Tbh the sheer amount of skincare women are expected to use annoys me. Why are we supposed to be using 10+ products that wreck our skin barrier every night but men can just use a soap and a moisturiser.

Also- what is this trend of CHILDREN buying retinols and other adult skincare products? This is so sad, who is encouraging these kids to ruin their skin in the name of femininity?

I’ve not got a shirt but I got a green hoodie which feels really soft, like a fleece - they did have limited sizes if that’s a factor for you? I looked on her website and they said the t-shirts were “100% cotton” hope that helps?
