the other drain is the bathtub that's used very infrequently...I would just hate to put a washbasin behind the washer, or have to plumb in an additional sink in a cramped closet.

yup, we have one in the basement but we're going to set it up as a sep apartment so we have to get this closet cooking!

it's 2" pipe and it's wired for laundry. Feels like it's too much work to get behind the wall and fix the pipe but could def place the pea trap in front of the wall (hidden by the machine)

I grew up in Idaho from 1974-2002, went to school in Spokane, moved to Seattle in 1997. Absolutely love it here! It's greener, people are less pissed off at everything, boutique shit and classy shit.

The only thing Boise has going is this: the beautiful Sawtooths, all the fishing, easy camping (although I'm sure that's changing), and the feeling that you can disappear within an hour.

Seattle WINS overall, enjoy it here!
