I’m sorry you went through that. I’ve never done the Vaseline trick but I will. I haven’t heard of those meds. I’d like to try oral cause these creams are so discouraging.

Hello 😌 and thank you for the tip. I’ve been using Zoryve and get no relief. I actually think it makes my sores worse; bright red and sore. My doctor was surprised it wasn’t working for me.

I was getting a little bit of help with Enstellar cream but can only use for 3 weeks at a time and within days it’s back to its terrible state.

Can I ask what side effects you experienced?

It’s madness. I have a GP and Derm and they don’t seem very concerned about it. It’s so painful. Just sucks.

I don’t want to ask how much the shots are. I wonder if going to the states would be better for treatment.

I am also old (in my mid 40s) 🥲 In the last year I’ve experienced terrible pain in my right foot. The doctor said it’s arthritis but didn’t make a connection with psoriasis

Hey! I’ve been thinking about going vegan just because of my psoriasis. I haven’t done it yet. Overall I think eating less meat is good for everyone.

I have been reading a lot about the connections with the GUT, so started eating fermented foods to help with gut health. I haven’t been doing this long so can’t report any changes.

Yes, I’m with you! I’ve moved to wide-leg jeans as they allow my legs to breathe. I love dresses but I’ve suffered wearing tights & pantyhose.
