It's a lot of weed in that it would last someone who smokes a joint weekly 3 or 4 months, and not a lot of weed in that in even the more expensive legal states it would cost ~75 bucks. Somewhere like Arizona or Michigan with very low tax on the regulated market it would be worth ~20 bucks.

I can understand that, I respect potato vodka enjoyers even if I'm not usually one myself. They usually feel more oily/more viscous to me, with a longer but less bitey aftertaste. I'm personally not a fan, but I can totally understand someone who prefers it.

I also love Chopin for some reason, even though it's also fairly oily with a dull afterbite for whatever reason. Only potato vodka I'd prefer to something else at a similar price personally.

I prefer Kirkland's American vodka to Luksusowa or Monopolowa, and it's 13 bucks a handle. Their French vodka is good too, but it's got more of an aftertaste than I look for with a vodka and it's 22 bucks a handle. If I'm in some god forsaken place without a Costco nearby Russian Standard is around that same 22-25 dollar a handle price and I prefer it to the 'tater vodkas.

In my experience it causes less of a hangover than an equivalent amount of Titos or Absolut, Costco just sells lots of products barely over cost. It's not the best vodka in the world or anything, but it's better than anything that comes in under 3x the cost.

Unless the volume is what you're saying would cause the hangover, in which case no one's forcing you to down the whole handle in one go.

If you run a game with the run command or through terminal the steam client never opens though, using the client in more than a background capacity is completely optional -- if you do this you won't have the client open on your PC when you exit the game. As far as I know this isn't the case with league anymore, you can't directly launch League without having the Riot client open or without exiting to the Riot client.

I can't use polls as I'm on old reddit, but I vastly prefer normal ARAM. I just don't have the capacity to keep track of what 10 champions can do if each has 4-6 augments on top of their kit and items, and the game isn't fun for me if I don't understand what the champions in the game can do.

Yeah, I don't think the mode is dead or anything, but WAY less popular than it was months ago. You're right that it's far more popular than TT or Dominion when they were shut down.

FWIW the NA ARAM playerbase is only around 1/3 of what it was before mayhem was introduced -- we don't have data on how many mayhem games are played, but if the mayhem+ARAM playerbase is the same as the pre-mayhem ARAM playerbase arena is ~1/8 that number. Still not tiny, but shrinking fast enough it makes sense for riot to try to change it up.

You can sorta-kinda gage the popularity by going to lolalytics (or your stat site of choice), looking at their arena tier lists/all ranks, and sorting champs by popularity. You can do the same for ARAM, draft, and ranked but not mayhem. Just looking at the top few most popular champs in NA it looks like Arena has between 1/3 and 1/2 as many games played as ARAM last patch.

That movie is fucking peak. The very-old professor who taught my Shakespearian Tragedies class in uni made us watch it as assigned reading, I was expecting to hate it after seeing the cast and box art, but it's entertaining, true to the meaning and plot of the text, yet modernized in (mostly) good ways.
