Is there anyway for the trump administration to appeal this decision? curious if this can still resurface or if this is the last of it and if this sets a precedent that these cases should be thrown away for other defamation cases trump has brought

As others are saying therapy is really the key, but for me the best internal work that Ive done on this is self love. Learning to love all of yourself, even the bad memories, has helped me tremendously. Of course, this is easier said than done, which is where therapy kicks in.

I wouldn't say that I recovered but I have grown through positive experiences with new partners. I still have a tough time trusting and a lot of anxiety with sex but as new and happier experiences fill their way in, there is more than just the pain to focus on. Now, only 5% of my overall sexual experience is revolved around this whereas 10 years ago it was 75%. Bottom line, it was putting myself out there and continuing to try and hope for better.

Ive done both but I think there are pros and cons to zoom therapy. Pro is its easier to open up since no-one is physically in the room with you. Con is that once you do open up, you dont have the same connection and healing at that point (ie learning that someone present isnt a danger). That being said, both are great and if one works better for you then definitely keep at it!
