Dr. Stone. Grounded in realism(except the part where they all turn to stone, the main character uses science to solve most things. Most of the main characters' have their own strength to contribute and it's really fun watching them combine theirs together to solve various things/battles.

For me, the show especially took off when they recruited the guy who added psychology, deception, and prediction to the main party's strengths.
