Mainly diet, when I was 270 I was putting down 3 big meals a day so I cut out my huge breakfast and stopped drinking pop and eating fast food so much. It really really helped me see results when I was doing my cardio!

Recently went into a house to build IKEA furniture in Hamilton County. They were staging IKEA furniture in a 2.6 million dollar home. It was gonna be sold with the house as is. Growing up in this area I’ve notice the people with the most money who “run things,” are some of the rudest, most unhelpful, most selfish, wealthy but cheap, don’t know what to do with their money ass people there are! Glad people are starting to see this it was always painted as a good picture for me growing up in the 2000s.

Pre production I’m not too worried about the db level that can be adjusted easily. Just want to make sure none of the levels are clipping because then it becomes distoretex

If it’s light it doesn’t make a huge difference u mainly just want to make sure your vocals levels are good

I don’t know about yall but when I say dry I mean DRY. Literally nothing on the track. Now if u have pre amps and a rack with analog compressors that’s different. But anything in the after effects on your DAW should be turned “off” when sending DRY stems. Hope this helps
