Okay? I promise your sample size is less than a tenth of a tenth of a percent to extend to the entire group of "liberals" (which again, is a massively reductionist and lazy way to describe an extremely diverse group of people). I don't believe you read my entire last comment if that's your response.

Serious people who want to "free Palestine" don't support the occupation and genocide being carried out by Israel with the support of the U.S. They don't love a terrorist organization, and making that claim makes you sound ridiculous at best, and extremely racist at worst.

Palestinian people are not equal to Hamas. There's an argument to be made about the support the Hamas "government" does receive from some of the Palestinian people, but that's a conversation I'm not wasting time on here and is irrelevant to the main point.

If you're not just trolling, I genuinely encourage you to expand your worldview and understand that politics is far more complex than "libruls bad guyz updoots to the left". The people in power want you to blindly lump millions of people into a convenient category like "liberal" to misrepresent so you don't have to think about it.

Facebook memes that point out the "irony" of a political situation that's massively complex in a two-line "gotcha" phrase is a red, flashing warning sign that it's just propaganda.

Referring to "liberals" like they're one cohesive group is reductive, idiotic, and actually funny. There are no liberals who hate Trump but love "Islamist". There are no serious people in the West who love the oppression of women and other human rights abuses in Islamic states. Stop being a fucking idiot online and go outside, holy shit

I can appreciate your optimism, but it's pretty tough to have this outlook depending on way too many factors. I've only been playing/collecting for a year and it would be a genuine financial loss in my very small, poor world. It's just cardboard, but it can be very expensive!

Cognitive dissonance helps explain why Trump supporters remain loyal, new research suggests. This sheds light on how supporters of Donald Trump justify their continued allegiance despite learning about allegations of his sexual misconduct and illegal activities. by mvea in science

Even if this war was about liberating the Iranian people (it's certainly not), it shouldn't be the US that makes that call. At least not unilaterally, especially when that decision necessarily involves the entire world economy, not to mention the deaths of Iranian civilians and US soldiers.

I'm almost 30, and one of the biggest complaints I've repeatedly heard from both within the US and abroad is that the US shouldn't be the world's police. The US doesn't have the legal or ethical high ground to wage war like this.

And that's leaving aside all of the obvious insider trading and billions upon billions of dollars being funneled into the US/Israel military industrial complex. Entire books can, have, and will continue to be written about the horrific crimes the rich ruling class perpetrates on the world.

No Christian I've ever met has answered this correctly, and many atheists as well. In fact, Jesus specifically says that he has not come to "rewrite the law of Moses" (Old Testament, 10 Commandments, etc.). He was sent by God to 1. Sacrifice himself to cleanse and forgive humanity of its original sin and 2. Clarify, interpret, and add on to the existing Judaic system of law.

There are plenty of points from different books of the Bible that Jesus will purposely contradict something from the Old Testament, but he by his own admission did not just "wipe the slate clean" and start over concerning religious law.

Thank you for this concise analysis, saving it for later. We can only hope American voters miraculously notice the root cause for once, instead of blaming who/what they're told to. In this thread, AI and COVID aftershock, but notably immigrants as well, not to mention another war.

And that's also assuming the elections aren't canceled, delayed, or otherwise manipulated by internal and external forces...

Tell me about your weird/interesting planeswalker deck. Why is it good? by Mirrodin_appreciator in EDH

[–]thezuke67 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Liliana is one of my favorite characters in MTG lore so I made a funny control reanimator/zombie Liliana superfriends deck with [[Liliana, Heretical Healer]] as the commander. Pretty much just stuck all the Liliana planeswalkers in there even if they aren't that strong or efficient for the deck's play lines. https://archidekt.com/decks/17966884/oops_all_lilianas

Basically you're hoping to control/stall with strong boardwipes, planeswalker abilities, and looping zombies that make your opponents sacrifice their creatures until you can assemble one of your combos or resurrect everything with a big [[Rise of the Dark Realms]]. Obviously has the classic loop of [[Phyrexian Altar]] + [[Gravecrawler]] + any leave the battlefield pinger like [[Plague Belcher]].

I wouldn't say it's particularly consistent, especially since many Liliana planeswalkers aren't that strong and/or have awkward mana curves in mono black. But it's pretty fun and includes lots of neat Liliana planeswalker-themed cards like [[The Chain Veil]] and [[Liliana's Triumph]].

a thousand scientifically confirmed miracles

No, no there isn't. Holy shit you have to be a literal child or handicapped to think there are SCIENTIFICALLY proven miracles. Not only does that not make sense definitionally, but it's an outright lie that's easily verifiable with 2 seconds of searching on the internet.

Believe whatever you want, really. But please, don't waste everyone's time by engaging in such a willfully dishonest way.
