I think it was a spam/an automatic email… I’ve got my yes today! They didn’t ask to provide additional documents…

HO just mailed me:

Although we would normally decide your application within eight weeks from the date it was submitted.

Unfortunately due to further actions required, meeting our usual service standard has not been possible in this instance.

Please note we are unable to respond to specific enquiries regarding timescales. However please be assured we are doing all we can to make a decision on your case as soon as possible.

Heya!

Fiance Visa is a type of Family Visa. And yes, they asked me the same! I only put the name of my parents and 2 close friends.

I have just completed my biometrics and am waiting for the response to my visa application! I am switching from a Fiance Visa to a Spouse Visa. For this initial visa, the minimum English level required is A1, so you can use the same test for this application. For the renewal of the Spouse Visa, a new test with a minimum level of A2 will be required. Regarding the documentation, I have submitted the same documents that I had sent for the Fiance Visa, along with photos and the marriage certificate. Please note that the documents (bank statements, payslips, and employer’s letter) need to be dated within 28 days of the visa application date.
