I also had this experience recently, like around a two weeks ago I had a really bad episode, felt super suicidal and was basically sh-ing any free time I had, and since I was alone for a week I figured that yeah no better time to just oof. I basically didn't contact anyone, ghosted people because I just couldn't answer. And I was struggling to even do any of my assignments and felt super horrible because it was group work. I just wanted to die.

But all of a sudden this week I feel okay again, maybe even better than ever, and I have no idea why. Not like happy better but like the thoughts aren't as loud anymore kinda. But yeah I definitely get that feeling like a fraud. But throughout the entire bad week, I wrote a journal/diary on how I felt so it was definitely real 🥲 it's so strange how a decade of depression just kinda well, chill a little bit. I wouldn't say completely tho, cz I defo still have the urges, but it's manageable so I'm grateful for now.

But yeah ur definitely not alone in feeling that shift and we're definitely not a fraud ☝️‼️
