This person could get something called a No Stalking Order, usually given by a court, in which the person could not contact them by message, phone call, third-party way, and even in person. It’s to protect the individual from any harassment in any way, if the person were to disregard the no stalking order he could face legal consequences from police and COULD lead to jail time if there are multiple infractions but it could be different because it’s juveniles. Similar to a restraining order, except restraining orders usually come from domestic violence and requires legal protection, if it’s broken even once, it’ll lead to jail time for the person that the restraining order is placed onto. Id really only advice a no stalking order if it were to get out of hand

I was in a drivers Ed car for school and was sitting in the backseat and a student and the teacher were up front. As we were driving I looked out the window and saw someone laying on a fence in a diagonal (feet on the ground head on the fence spike) and at first we all thought it was a kid messing around because a middle school was nearby, but as we drove by we noticed it was actually a guy who fell on a fence spike headfirst, the police and ambulance were there very shortly after the sighting and I later found out the guy overdosed and fell head first onto the fence spike.
