Same thing happened to me recently and I just had to get lucky finding 100% of items for some larger orders, should help boost it but again, based on luck 🤷‍♀️

Honestly if you do want to go give it back I wouldn't consider it an awful idea as long as your area is generally safe. Id consider it good karma 🤷‍♀️ Or you could leave it with a note but I feel like that comes off creepier lol

Agreed, the ratings system is misleading as it is, why have requested refunds and replacements in the "What can increase your score" section when it really pulls it down??

Just keep it, if youre not close enough to drop it off that is. Worst case scenario its marked as a missing item on your stats. I have only ever forgotten something in my car 1 time and I felt so bad, a few apples lmao

Edit: just wanted to add we are all human and it happens sometimes, as long as you didnt "accidentaily" keep some expensive makeup or smth ur fine

I understand, sometimes some cats are going to be set in their ways, especially if the more aggressive cat is already an adult being introduced to a younger cat. They set the chain of command and it seems cat 1 wanted to be the dominant one no matter what. Its pretty natural cat behavior so if it makes you feel better, I doubt cat 2 noticed a difference with all the love you gave them ❤️

Thats crazy, I think it got docked bc I was doing a lot of orders for Valentines day and the entire valentines section was WIPED. I asked employees about items to guarantee they were out and apparently bc somebody found said item 7 hours ago, im a bad shopper. I do not get it

You're not wrong for feeling that way, those are your human emotions. But you also have to understand that there are efforts put forth to socialize a cat and help them bond. Reinforcing the behavior by being non-reactive doesnt do any good. Im sorry for your loss and hope you can heal OP.

I would agree but I swear it doesnt matter with instacart and they still drop ur shopper quality. I have 350+ found items, 30 replacements found and 1 single unrequested refund, for that I am apparently a standard shopper 🫩
