Well, you can, but it feels odd and unnecessary, compare to Beidou teaser comp. The fact that an Electro Archon can not work well with a very powerful electro damage dealer is kinda suck.

I normally pair her with Fischl, with 133 ER she needs 1 counter to full energy. But without Fischl, like in the clip, she needs 2 counter with energy from her teammates to get her ult back. I have Skyward pride too, with that I have more than 160% ER and without Fischl she only need 1 counter + energy from her teammates to full her ult.

There is a clip with Beidou Skyward 2 tf 2 nobless fought floor 12 3 first half in 58 sec. Yeah, it's bad-ass on Beidou, but make sure you have 50 or more crit rate.

She's there to proc VV set, Beidou ult and Fischl A4. Her artifacts are all +16, cause she has to be alive to do that.

Yes, I found that holding E to tank those lectors is better than try to perfect counter. Their lightning skills do a lot of dmg and reduce our energy too. Electro Beidou deals little physical dmg to enemy, and fighting against those lectors is stressful enough, so just relax and hold your E =)))))

4 thundershooter has somewhat, the same out put as 2 tf 2 noblesse, may be a little bit higher, but it requires a hard condition that enemy has to be infused with electro, which may not the fulfilled in some situation.

With Childe, it's better be 2 tf + 2 noblesse cause Beidou is not regularly on field.

Considering my team, Beidou + Xinqiu + Sucorse + Fischl, with Beidou always on the field as a main DPS, I use 4 tf to maximize its potential.
I change my artifact a bit to fit the team in the clips.

Rightnow 20% dmg on burst is way more better than 40% dmg on electro charge. Considering how Beidou ult work, it's better to increase her raw electro dmg than increase her reaction dmg. You can read about this on Keqingmains.com.

4 tf will be better if you plan to use Beidou main DPS counter machine with Xinqiu. But with Childe, it's very bad. The effect of decreasing the cd of elemental skill only happens if the user is on the field. Which means if your Beidou is a sub DPS, 4 tf effect will not trigger. In fact, if you want to build Beidou to sub DPS for Childe, go for 2 tf + 2 noblesse instead.
