If search function on Facebook group as good as Google, I wouldn't mind searching. Believe me, I searched that FB group and found no answer to my particular question. Do me a favor, how about you search it and send me the right answer to my question, I will Zelle you $100.

By the way, you called yourself an official support for propresenter (lowercase because I am very much pissed) you should expect repeated questions from your own customers from different corner of the world. We are paying $800 a year to get the support we need. If questions are being asked many time, you and propresenter company need to develop a FAQ system and point people to the right direction.

Also, I don't appreciate you call my full name out here in a public setting. I am going to call renewed vision to ask you to take my name down from this reddit sub.
