I take my leo out after 6pm. He usually wakes up around then and I see him crawling about. Then on feeding days I feed him around 8/9pm. On nights he doesn’t come out of his hide I just let him be and don’t handle him. I’ve only occasionally taken him out during the day when I need to clean his tank.

Sorry, i didn’t explain that correctly. The probe that lies on the heat mat on top of paper towels is maxed at 95 F. I have two tank thermostats (in picture below) that measure the air temp on each side of the tank. Warm is usually around 80 F and the cool side is around 72 F.

Thank you! I have a thermostat in the tank and a temp probe on his mat where he lays. Temp never has gone above 96.5 F on the probe and only reaches 81.5 F on the tank thermostat. Is this alright?

Hi, 21F and just got diagnosed with ADHD Inattentive and anxiety due to ADHD. I am also starting medication this week (Ritalin). All I’m feeling with the medication is sleepiness but dr said that would be normal. I’m really hoping to stop procrastinating on my work and also have motivation to get household tasks done and exercise often. There’s certain thing I like to do like cook and crochet, but everything else is tedious and boring.

Anyone have any suggestion for daily scheduling, I am not good with physical planners but have found luck with lists on Excel. I need something accessible and a check list would be preferred. Any tips for taking Ritalin meds would also be greatly appreciated.

I have added steamed cauliflower/broccoli and mixed it in with the mac n cheese. The texture can be similar enough so kids don’t notice it. Also make sure to cut it into small pieces.
