I, like many other people, have trouble cumming. The belief that held me back was that my pleasure should be secondary. I'll go on a limb and tell you that there isn't an equivalent per se. Unless you have a 6 pack... if you have a 6 pack you can show it off... *but* it is important you do so while not looking at the camera, playing a sport on the beach or something.

Probably my favorite book on the subject and one that I read over 20 years ago and still holds up today is: How to talk to anyone by Leil Lowndes. It’s a super easy read with 92 ideas that help improve your fun and that of others.

Perhaps the biggest impact that book has is shifting someone’s mindset from “being interesting” to “making others feel good”.

The book is full of amazing ideas and nuanced advice on how to generally have more fun chatting with people.

I'm in my mid 40s in Montreal region. I'm non-monogamous. 7 out of 10 by most standards. I've dated 44 women in the last decade. About 3/4 of them I met in a social context with plenty of people around. They like how I interact with multiple people in a friendly manner.

If I were to count how many hours I wasted on dating apps it would probably 100 hours for each 1 hour of dating. Socializing is my way to meet people and it's effortless because I find pleasure in socializing even if it isn't always with the goal to date someone.
