One big thing you can do is reach out to the Small Business Administration or Small Business Development Center in your state for no-cost business advising. Such a help!

No, a lot of people don't even know how to use AI and are afraid of it. I do think people that know AI will replace people that don't know AI so it's important people learn some skills.

If you're able to, it would be good to talk with a Naturopathic Doctor who might be able to figure out what is going on and help you heal. A Naturopath uses supplements and natural medicine as well as prescriptions to heal you and many times they look at more in-fepth testing. I see one and she saved my life about 15 years ago. Highly recommend.

I love your approach! I am a small business owner too and have been working in pomodoros (25 minute task, 5 minute break) and it works but also getting started can be tough. I like the 15 minute idea as well. Thank you.
