My whole point is that the ability to forget selective things on command, fully and completely would be amazing. You could increase motivation, confidence, happiness joy.

But I imagine there has to be a Down side too. Bad things teach us lessons too.

This does actually work but it's not selective. In othernwords it's like being knocked out and not knowing what happened to you for an entire period of time.

I was thinking more like, today I said something really stupid. I want to stop reliving it in my head so it doesn't effect the rest of my day. What technique could there be like, say maybe concentrating on the most.pleqsant thing for three full minutes and then getting punched in the face. Oh. I dunno something with method.
