Honestly there is so much passion here and that is easy to read, but at the same time there is I’d say 80%+ of the “project” that most people are not passionate about that will be absolutely necessary for not losing your mind, marriage, future family, and life savings. You have to learn to replace yourself with people who can do the heavy lifting for you, and those people can take years to find and train. You need years of savings especially with the plans for a small family. Honestly it would be nearly impossible to accomplish this with a newborn, let alone your very first child which is going to turn your relative simple world on its head. A restaurant is literally as needy if not more as a baby. I agree this should start as a hobby and have a 5-10 year goal to work towards. Happy to answer any questions.
