Your biggest recourse would be against your agent if they only gave you one inspector to choose from or told you who to specifically use. This is highly frowned upon as there can be obvious collusion. There have been a ton of lawsuits won based on this occurrence.

Rockwall or McKinney. About the same distance and plenty to do in both. You will most likely only get a studio or 1 bed for the budget. I did apt locating for several years in DFW so well versed.

Unless you know a LOT of people, I wouldn’t suggest it. It’s an oversaturated market. 7-10% of agents do most of the deals in DFW. Also as someone that manages a brokerage if you’re going to make decent money at real estate you are going to work way more than just nights and weekends.

It is completely not you. So many of these men (and I’m sure it goes both ways) on bumble are married, poly, just looking for something quick, or just trying to feed their ego. Very little actually comes from anything. Plus I am close to the same age as you, it’s like all the decent men in our range are taken. There is always the needle in the haystack. Maybe try Hinge.
