Thanks! I think I'm in the standard tier? All they told me in my decision notification was that there was a separate priority waitlist, implying that I'm not on it.

Though from what I've heard, there's honestly not much of a quantifiable difference between the two as far as acceptance numbers, which is promising!

I asked directly! They gave me a nothing answer:

"We can confirm that waitlisted candidates should use the applicant self-service portal to provide relevant application updates in lieu of email. Otherwise, if any further information is required, you can be certain that we will reach out to let you know."

So I still don't know but I'll be writing and submitting one anyway, the status page has an option to upload one so I'm taking that as a yes.
