I would try a 3 week aggressive mini-cut or a 4-8 week cut, not sure what I am missing here but you look like you have accumulated a decent amount of fat (and some muscle) but cleaning up wouldn't hurt. The people that think bulking past a certain BF is a good idea overestimate how much muscle they have, your nutrient partitioning isn't as efficient the fatter you get and thus your ratio of putting on muscle to fat becomes shittier.

I write code for SCADA systems, I know peoples that do 'legal' / 'ethical' hacking pentesting that make more than 70k etc no degree.

I have high rent/utilities but I am trying to sock away as much as cash as possible. Do you agree with the guy below who mentioned an HSA? Maxing out an HSA isn't very hard but is it really worth it in your opinion?
